Events are held within the scope of the exchange on the subject of frugal innovations. They offer the opportunity to build up new knowledge and expand existing knowledge. Workshops, tutorials and other meetings take place at regular intervals to organize the exchange across the board.

The tutorial held by Prof. Rao in the summer semester 2021/22 gives an insight into advanced frugal research. Starting with  economic and ecological advantages that frugal technologies bring with, leading to the most important knowledge basis. The tutorial is split into three sessions. The sessions were recorded and are freely available on YouTube for follow-up.
